Welcome To Walk In Torah
Hello and thanks for visiting Walk In Torah. This site was originally designed to provide basic survival training for people preparing for the Greater Exodus. I noticed a lack of understanding when it came to outdoor survival. If we are planning on spending 3.5 years in the wilderness, it would be ideal if everyone had some understanding of outdoor living. I am not saying we have to be like Bear Grylls, but it is important to know simple camp etiquette. This material cannot be learned by watching videos and reading articles; you must apply the concepts through real world practice. You will fail...that's OK because through failure comes understanding.
The site has since morphed into a place where I try to share ideas and lessons I have learned. The newest addition is the Audio Bible in a Year. This is meant to be a "follow along" approach to reading the Bible because it is much easier to use a bookmark to remember where you were instead of trying to remember which link you were on. When I read, my mind wanders and I end up moving my eyes with the text but not actually comprehending. A similar thing happens when I listen to some audio books. I decided to divide up the Bible and link each section to easy-to-read daily portions.
I hope you enjoy the site!
